Return Policy and Process

In IcelandToYou we follow these criteria in order to accept order returns:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is damaged as a result of poor handling by IcelandToYou.
• If the product is edible and has exceeded its best-before date.
• The product received is not the ordered item.

 

NO RETURN will be applicable in the following cases:

• If the product is not to your liking or does not meet your expectation.
• The product is damaged as a result of poor handling by the postal service employees.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT any return made ​​14 days after placing the order.
